桃園捷運兔
Taoyuan Metro Hash House Harriers (TyMH3) founded on Dec. 27, 2019, TyMH3 held our inaugural r*n on Jan. 3, 2020—exactly 1,037 days after the opening of the Taoyuan Airport MRT. We hope to provide a social and active space for hashers in the Taoyuan area to unwind and connect after a busy week.
桃園捷運兔（Taoyuan Metro Hash House Harriers，簡稱 TyMH3）成立於 2019 年 12 月 27 日，首次足包步則是在 2020 年 1 月 3 日 舉行，桃園機場捷運通車後的第 1037 天。我們希望於為桃園地區的兔友們，提供一個在週五下班後能夠就近放鬆、解壓並享受社交與運動樂趣的空間。
兔在何時
We meet regularly on Fridays, with events held on the 1st, 3rd, and occasionally the 5th Friday of each month. Start time is 7:30 PM. If the Friday happens to be a public holiday, the r*n will be moved to the afternoon.
我們固定在星期五碰面，每個月的第一、第三與第五週舉辦活動。活動開始時間為晚上 7:30，若該週五為國定假日，則會將活動改至下午舉行。
兔於何地
Our events are usually based in Taoyuan, near Taoyuan Airport MRT or TRA stations. As for the trails, we enjoy mixing it up through mountain paths, open fields, and around ponds.
活動據點多位於桃園地區，以靠近機場捷運或台鐵車站的餐廳作為集合。路線方面，我們喜歡穿梭於山徑、田野與埤塘之間，享受不同地形的變化。

Connecting with friends from different professions, languages, and cultural backgrounds—over a good r*n, great drinks, and shared laughter—is why we come together.
與來自不同職業、語言與文化背景的朋友一起跑步、暢談暢飲、共享美好時光。
Types of R*ns
活 動 類 型
TyMH3 usually hosts two to three r*ns each month, in three main styles:
TyMH3 每個月舉辦兩到三次例行活動，主要可分為三種不同的形式:
Regular Evening Hash
常態夜晚足包步
Held on the first and third Friday of each month, this is our most common r*n format. The Hare sets off around 7:30 PM, followed by the rest of the Hashers at 7:45 PM. After the r*n, we return to the restaurant to enjoy dinner, chat, and take part in the Down-Down.
每個月的第一與第三個星期五舉行，兔子會在晚上 7:30 起足包，其他兔友則於 7:45 開始追趕兔子，足包步結束後，我們會回到餐廳一起用餐、聊天，並進行 Down-Down。
Hash House Harriets
女子婕運兔
When there’s a fifth Friday in the month, we celebrate with a special “Hash House Harriets” r*n. This follows the same format as the Regular Evening Hash, but with one twist: the Hare must be female, and a female Hasher leads the pack throughout the run.
當一個月中出現第五個星期五時，我們會舉辦「女子婕運兔」足包步活動。這場活動延續常態夜足包的形式，不過會由女性擔任兔子，並由女性帶頭領足包。
Holiday Afternoon R*n
假日下午足包
If a scheduled r*n falls on a national holiday, we switch things up with a daytime r*n. We gather at a park or other outdoor location, and the Hare starts sometime between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, depending on the plan.
如果遇到例行活動剛好在國定假日，我們就會改為舉行白天的假日足包步。集合地點會選在公園或其他戶外空間，起足包時間約落在下午兩點到三點之間，依情況安排。
In addition, we also host occasional special events throughout the year.
除此之外，每年我們還有不定期的特別活動。
These include the annual AIR Hash, where Hash clubs from across Taiwan come together; the ANT R*n, a night-time gathering of Hashers from various cities; and in recent years, the memorable international Hashers' Visit Run held on the eve of the AIR Hash. All are joyful moments we look forward to every year.
